A collection of short animations created with Wan2.1 Image2Vid ComfyUI Workflows, started from source images generated by SDXL and Flux Text2Image gen.
The results still aren't amazing, and are fairly slow to produce and low res without throwing a ton of expensive compute at the problem. I still need to experiment with more optimisation workflows and tools, but my general conclusion is that the current state-of-the art is good enough to help support pitch decks for clients by taking stills and turning them into essentially quick animated GIFs to help sell the idea further.
