Galaxian Game Demo (UE5)

I made this UE5 gameplay demo for an open-house event. This was built as a game-jam style solo project in about a week, including modelling the custom ship designs in the theme of "Tacos", doing basic sound design, programming all behaviours, UE and menu design, and graphic design.

I spent the time to build the framework behind this to be elegant and extensible, with parent classes for the enemy ships to make it easy to customise their point values, attack patterns, and models... easily adjustable convoy layouts from data tables... blueprint structs and interfaces to make damage and other interactions class agnostic... etc... Really proud of the finished result on such a short turn-around.
