A high-poly hardsurface study model. Made with Blender, base mesh is ~2600 poly, with a subdivision modifier set to 3 bringing the final render mesh to ~162k polys to smooth the surface and tighten the features. Most of the detail however comes from the texture work done inside of Substance Painter 2, utilising the procedural textures and mask generators. Rendered using Nvidia Iray.
